Ask, "What's our FamWord?" Then type what they say.

Words from the last minute still count, so nobody has to rush. Two wrong answers means hang up, then call them back on the number you already have.

When a call feels off

Scammers can copy a voice from a few seconds of video. Urgency is the tell, so slow down.

Never read your word to someone who called youThe person who answers asks. The person who called proves it.

Share your setup key face to face. Anyone who has it can make your family's words.

Asks for a 4-digit PIN when FamWord opens, and after it's been in the background for 30 seconds.
